About This Property
25% reduced rate for victims of LA fires. You enter the parking structure from the street using the remote controls to open the garage gate. There are two covered parking spots here plus a storage area that has beach chairs, surf boards, and 4 bikes for your use. Take the elevator up 2 stories to our home. As you come to the front entrance there is a bench and 2 chairs to sit in the mornings and watch the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee. As you enter our home there is a cabinet to the right to put your shoes, keys, or other personal items. The master bedroom and bathroom are to the left. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, 2 night stands, a large dresser draw with a 55” TV and blue ray player above it. There is a desk and chair to use and a large walk-in closet for your clothes. The master bathroom as a vanity with 2 sinks and medicine cabinets above them, a way in shower and toilet. To the right are 2 guest bedrooms with kingsize beds, night stands, dresser drawers and 2 bathrobes for guests to use. There is a bathroom in-between these with a vanity, single sink with a medicine cabinet above and a tub shower. Past these is a linen closet with lots of beach towels and extra towels for the bathrooms. Just past that is the laundry area with a side by sider washing machine and dryer. There is a cabinet above these with laundry and cleaning supples, Ironing board and iron. Across from this is the kitchen, which has a cabinet depth side by side refrigerator, Gas stove with a middle grill, and a Miele dishwasher. This kitchen is well furnished with a blender, toaster, rice maker, electric mixer, food processor, waffle maker, and ninja air cooker. Since this is our home and not a typical vacation rental and we do not have an owners cabinet where we lock up all the nice things, you will find top quality through out such as the Henckel kitchen knives. Off of the kitchen is a six chair dining room set that will expand to seat eight and a 2 seat wet bar that is stocked with the most commonly used liquors and mixes. Moving into the living room you will find a large wrap around sofa, 2 barrel chairs and a driftwood glass top coffee table. There is a gas fireplace with a 65’ TV. The cabinets on each side house a printer, Blu-ray player, receiver, and CD player with lots of CDs. The large sliding glass doors lead out to a raised deck with a bar counter and 4 bar stools that look out to watch the sunset on the ocean. Our home is located in an area known as Riviera Village in Redondo Beach. You are one home from one of the nicest beaches in California. There is a bike path along the beach that takes you to the neighboring cities of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, and Playa Del Rey. There are over 25 restaurants, Trader Joes, a Vons Super Market, and local shops within 15 minute walk. You can enjoy all of these without ever getting in you car.
