A violation of this policy will result in a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as they may cause plumbing issues, and charges may apply if found responsible. The apartment may require unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance, and access may be needed with 24-hour written notice. Includes plenty of workspace and gigablast business speed Wi-Fi.
