No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, guests will be charged the whole amount of the security deposit. Check-in is strictly from 4pm to 10pm, and check-out is at 11am. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. No visitors or guests are permitted in the condo at any time during stays shorter than 28 days, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine.
