The apartment offers a large balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay, a fully equipped gym with Peloton bikes, a heated outdoor Olympic-sized pool, and a beautiful hot tub available all year. Enjoy on-site gourmet restaurants and a dedicated workspace with 400Mbps Wi-Fi for your convenience. Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration. Parking requests must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Limited street parking with metered alternatives is available for vehicles exceeding this height. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. An 8-minute scenic drive via the causeway leads you to South Beach, where you can explore Lincoln Road Mall, iconic Art Deco architecture on Ocean Drive, and a lively nightlife scene.
