Valet is the only available parking option with unlimited in and out access for a daily fee of $48, payable directly to the building. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company for added convenience. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. An 8-minute scenic drive, covering a distance of 3 miles via the causeway, will lead you to South Beach, where you can indulge in shopping and dining at Lincoln Road Mall and explore the iconic Art Deco architecture lining historic Ocean Drive. The Grand is conveniently situated a mere 5 minutes away from Wynwood, Miami's coolest and trendiest neighborhood, and Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, is a short 2 miles south. The Design District, an absolute haven for fashion enthusiasts, is 2 miles north. Just a few blocks south, you'll find the conveniently located Arsht Center and Kaseya Center, world-class entertainment venues. Downtown Miami, where The Grand is situated, is replete with nightclubs, offering you the perfect venues to dance the night away. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo; smoking is allowed on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a charge equivalent to the whole amount of the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing after your departure, a charge of $100 per missing item will be applied. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
