Limited street parking with metered alternatives is available for vehicles exceeding this height restriction. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. An Enterprise rental car company is located within the retail lobby for added convenience. Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay, this property offers easy access to South Beach, Wynwood, Brickell City Center, and the Design District. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, guests will be charged the whole amount of the security deposit. Check-in is strictly from 4 PM to 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access.
