On-site gourmet restaurants add to the convenience and luxury of your stay. Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily fee of $48. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay. Additional vehicles incur a $250 monthly fee. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6" and cannot accommodate vehicles like trucks, vans, slingshots, motorcycles, or scooters/mopeds. No electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, and third-party bookings require prior approval. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking inside, a charge equivalent to the security deposit will be applied. Check-in is strictly from 4pm to 10pm, and check-out is at 11am. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a $100 charge per item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access.
