Valet service is the sole parking option for stays less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48. For stays of 21 days or more, residential parking is available for a $160 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration. Parking requests must be made immediately after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6". Luggage storage is available with a bellman for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay. Our property enjoys a prime location in the vibrant neighborhood of Edgewater, overlooking the picturesque Biscayne Bay. If suspected of smoking inside, a charge of the whole amount of the security deposit will apply. Check-in is strictly from 4pm to 10pm, and check-out is at 11am. Missing streaming devices or remotes will incur a charge of $100 per missing item. Visitors and guests are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. No visitors are allowed for shorter reservations, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
