Enjoy amenities such as luggage storage upon check-in and check-out with our bellman service, 400Mbps Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a large balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay, and 24/7 front desk and security. Valet is the only available parking option with unlimited in and out access for a daily fee of $48, payable directly to the building. For stays of 10+ nights, please inquire. The valet parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but excluding trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Luggage storage is possible with a bellman who can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company for added convenience. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval. Non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund. Depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements include former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed. Building Management has strict occupancy rules: 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo, only on the balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking, guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit. Check-in is strictly from 4pm to 10pm and is done by us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you are arriving after 10pm, notify us immediately. Check-out is at 11am. Missing streaming devices or remotes after departure will incur a $100 charge per missing item. No visitors or guests are permitted in the condo at any time during stays shorter than 28 days. Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or altercations with building security or staff, or it will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a $150 fine. Includes a dedicated workspace and 400Mbps Wi-Fi. A laptop computer is not included.
