This studio is available for immediate move in! Rent is $1175 a month. Utilities being $90- that includes water, trash, gas, wastewater discharge, and heat. The application fee is $45 per person with the deposit of $400 pending approval. The deposit subject to change pending results. We do have a parking spot available for $50 a month! We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a one-time refundable pet deposit of $300 and a monthly pet rent of $35! To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no Rental Debt, no Evictions, and have a clean background check.
