I have a TWO bedroom unit at Millennium One. A gated complex in the University area. Relocating due to work. Unit is for male OR female. It sits right next to the club house and gym/pool area. Easy access to the exit gate and the office. Great location on their property. Awesome complex/place to live. Apartment is FULLY furnished. Queen sized bed, dressers, computer desk. All brand new Fridgeware appliances in the kitchen with marble countertops. Wash and dryer are provided in unit. ALL utilities are PAID, with a green electricity cap. Cable and wifi included with HBO channels and all the ESPN networks. Private bathroom with walkin closet in the bedroom. I am a very clean tenant and so is my roommate. Roommate moves out in May as well, you'll have the place to yourself until August when new tenants are assigned. Lease runs May, 2017 to August, 2017 with the option to renew for the fall. The stock photos show my building and your view of the pool other two are taken from inside the unit. Application fee and security deposit required. $150 for the app fee, $200 for the security deposit. App fee covers background and credit check.
