Simple, tasteful interior with southwest and Spanish accents. Enjoy the tranquility of high plains desert foliage in the front and back yard including aspens and blue spruce. Wonderful privacy in the back yard to enjoy some reading in the hammock or evening hosting on the patio. Very comfortable queen-sized mattress in primary bedroom with plenty of closet space and great organization system. Great light from the private backyard window. Second bedroom has a modern chaise lounge sleeper couch and can also be used as an office using the adjustable standing desk. Walkable to nearby coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Easy access to bike paths and public transportation, as well as to commuting thoroughfares and only a few minutes from the highway. I purchased this home in 2021 and have poured a lot of love into it. I would love to host you!
