This means that the driveway will be shared as well as having two families living relatively close together. 3. This property is on a well that doesn't produce a large amount of water daily. Tenants need to understand that water will need to be used with this in mind. 4. Trash service can be setup for this home but requires the trash to be transported down the hill a little ways. 5. The caretaker and the owner both have personal items on the property which will likely remain there during the tenancy. 6.
