This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is bathed in natural light, offering a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third walk-through bedroom with two queen-size beds. The spacious living area boasts ample seating, including a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa and two plush chairs, and a 50" SmartTV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home-cooked meals, but with a variety of nearby restaurants, takeout is also a convenient option to enjoy on the private backyard patio with a pool. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Located about three miles northwest of Downtown San Antonio, Monticello Park provides a lovely, tree-filled setting offering a variety of historic homes.
