Property Ratings at 1750 On First Apartment Homes
First off I want to say the staff here is excellent they're really good about getting back to you super quick even when they're busy or they have days off. I also want to touch on the fact that I'm impressed on how well the grounds are being kept up and I hope they are continued to be that way. This is my first apartment with my girlfriend and we are very happy at this time.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Brett. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. Cheers, 1750 on First
This complex is excellent if you like swimming in the trash while you are paying a lot of money. It is an old apartment complex with cheap renovations, there is a leak everywhere and nobody fixes it because nobody cares. You can see a dog's poop everywhere. Rent's price increases every month for "trash and water services, as they said." Windows are thin so you can hear everything outside. Insulation is bad. There are better places to live for a better price.

Trash cans are always overflowed , homeless tweakers walking around all the time .. Overpriced!! get ready to pay $100 a month for water and sewer. beware! Simi Valley is average but the location of the building lies in the worst part of the city.
This complex is disgusting. The entire complex is infested with rats, especially where the trash cans are located. I’ve also seen them in bushes located outside of buildings around the complex. There are also ants all over the complex. Also the renovations that were done on our particular apartment are horrible. The materials are very cheap and they definitely cut corners. Overall I regret moving to this location. The money they are charging is totally not worth it. I would suggest spending your hard earned money somewhere else. I can’t wait to move out of here.

I've been living here for about a year and a half , when i first moved in the place was under different ownership and things were okay nothing amazing , its an old complex. About 6 months ago , a new company took over and raised the rent by about 15% then a month later they informed us tenants that we were now responsible for the water/trash/and sewage. They determined a fixed fee of $95 dollars for water due every month! There is huge problem with homeless people digging thru dumpsters and loitering in the area. Break ins and theft is a problem. No parking! Constant harassment via letters from management, every month the manager has her maintenance man tape letters to everyones door, these letters typically are requesting hidden fee money ( they never can tell you what these fees are ). Beware ... enter at your own risk!!!!

This is a privately managed complex so the office staff are like family. They don't change managers every few months like other complexes I've lived at. The people are so nice! My neighbors are mostly mature adults, some with well behaved kids like mine ;) the grounds are very pretty and well maintained. They look like Meadowood but a lot more affordable. I absolutely LOVE my apartment. With the washer/dryer hook ups, the walk in closet and the friendly neighbors... I am very happy living here.
