Hello, Single room for rent in a 2 bed/1 bath SF Marina flat. The previous roommate is moving back to Indiana. Amazing location! Located on Chestnut St. between Buchanan and Laguna. Walking distance to restaurants, food, yoga, BARRY'S BOOTCAMP :) easy access to major bus routes: the 30x; the 30; the 45; 28 and the 41. Street parking is never an issue but garage spots are constantly posted if you rather go that route. The unit is fully furnished (living room/kitchen), has a dishwasher and includes a private storage unit. The building shares a washer/dryer. The room itself: It's a 12x12 square with a walk in closet. It fits a queen size bed plus a dresser, desk and standing mirror. The finances: Rent is $1,750 each month, plus about $150 for cleaners/comcast/garbage; common goods. Security deposit is $1000. Looking for a woman in late 20's early 30's non smoker or 420, no pets (sorry not permitted by landlord), keeps common area clean, employed, pass credit check, and no live-in spouses or semi-permanent house guests. Occasional overnight guests are completely welcome, but I am not looking for more than 1 roommate. Looking for someone social, but doesn't bring the party home during the week and lives an active lifestyle. Me: Working professional with normal business hours and travel for work quarterly. Very active enjoy yoga, golf, tennis, hiking, skiing all the fun stuff! During the week I'm low key with exercise classes or going out to meet friends for wine/dinner.
