Fairly well managed. Many events going on by the leasing office. Quite clean and quiet with elevators. Up to 4th floor with modern style interior. Pest controlled well except some ants once in a while.

Love my apartment layout and space. The management is trying to turn things around and property’s general spaces seem a little cleaner than usual. Office staff and maintenance has been quick to respond to requests lately. Drawback: The concrete steps that lead to each floor are very filthy and most likely need to be redone to be cleaner than now. Also, someone has been pulling the fire alarm sporadically for the last few months during the night. Really annoying and extremely loud. Hopefully it stops soon. Otherwise, decent place to stay.

I have been here for a few years and now I have definitely seen changes here that I do not like and highly upset about. Things that should be done to benefit the upkeep of the complex aren’t done. Parking is a nightmare!!! And now we have to pay for internet with our lease! The grill worked for 1 weekend and now we haven’t been able to use them since. The community events are cute…… but I’d prefer a working coffee machine in the computer area with the budget. It’s ok but a lot of room for improvements

You rarely hear your neighbors and the amenities are great. Mgmt is always willing to help and the community is clean and landscaped. Interior design of the units is also modern and nice. 1760 is a great community. There’s not enough parking spaces for everyone who actually lives here due to the onslaught of people who reside here but aren’t on leases. However; the staff is very accommodating and welcoming.

Lived here for 3 years and during that time someone got shot, cars broken into, police showed up multiple times, someone jumped, dog poop literally everywhere, gates NEVER work, no parking, overpriced for the features, pool parties till 3am in a Wednesday, broken glass & chicken wings all over the parking lot after a weekend, people drunk af by the pool around kids, and the management will lie to your face. Do not live here. Most high reviews are incentivized by some bs.

I was searching high and low for the "perfect" place! Finally I stumbled onto 1760 website and fell head over heels with their floor plans and amenities; however, the thing that truly want to be a resident here is Ms. Tanisha. She was my leasing agent through my application process. Her professionalism and care have no bounds! All of the leasing agents are amazing! So considerate, understanding and informative. The complex is well kept, clean and if there is something is wrong/ broken, it won't take long at all for it to be fixed! Very happy to be here!

If you are looking to move here that means you can afford a mortgage get a house instead. This place is not worth it. They dont care about your safety and will ask you to park across the street while youre paying rent and other fees to park there. Have a noise complaint? Dont worry. Theyll issue one but there arent any repercussions so youll continue to deal with the same thing. You can hear EVERYTHING. People talking outside/ on balcony, the people next to you/ above you having a conversation? Might as well join them because you can hear everything. The only good thing I have to say about this place is that Emeli (management) is a life saver and you are down the street from everything.

This property is conveniently located to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, emergency facilities, shopping centers, and other attractions. From the outside looking in these luxury apartments seem ideal. This place is outdated when it comes to luxury standards but the price isn't adjusted. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and inviting. The model units are welcoming but what you don't know is there's limited parking. If you leave you home after certain hours please expect difficulties parking near your unit. Pet lovers don't clean up after their animals. If you love the smell of urine and dog droppings, then you'll like it here. If you or anyone in your family has a fear of bugs, you'll be uncomfortable here. There's always a ton of bugs in the walkways some dead, some alive. If you want those bugs gone from infront of your doorway, expect to do that yourself. You have to pay for valet trash service, there's been times where they don't pick up on days scheduled; and it wasn't a holiday. So, you'll take your trash yourself though your paying for a service because they hallways has bugs. You don't want to attract more to your unit. When you to the dumpster, it's overflowing to the point where residents have to throw it on the ground before hauling back up the stairs because the elevator doesn't work properly. For a Luxury apartments complex you expect more. Don't start me the entrance gate.
