Newer queen size bed and comfortable full size sofa-bed, sleeps a total of up to 3 people. Ideal for up to 1-2 adults and 1-2 children, or up to 3 persons in total. Space efficient dining set, table with extension leaves. Full kitchen completed with black stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet storage space. Central AC in the building Community app operated laundry in the building Parking in the downstairs garage for additional fee: $33/day fee. Monthly passes are available for $150/mo for building guests with a min of 2mos rental agreement. All parking fees are payable directly to the parking garage authorities. A few restaurants on the ground floor: Chart House, Red Lobster and Harbor Pub. Discovery Bay center, ABC store and McDonalds are across the street. Japanese Stake House, Hilton Hawaiian Village and many other eateries are just and down the street. This condo is a legal vacation rental where we accept short term reservation requests for less than 6mos in duration at a time. Rental rates START from $165/nt+17.96% HI TA Tax during off seasons. Discounted monthly rates START from $3100/mo+ applicable local taxes during off season months. Prime winter/holiday season monthly rates start from $3700/mo+17.96% HI Tax This is short term rental.
