The backyard has a security light at the back door, patio table with 6 chairs, solar lights and is fenced in/private. There is plenty of room for cars in the new driveway providing you with off-street parking. Tenant is responsible for the Xcel monthly bill and snow removal. Rent includes, water, garbage/recycling, wifi and lawn mowing/trimming service, and a cleaning service every other month. Pets negotiable but no more than 2.
