Excellent vacation getaway with oceanview from the balcony. The condo has central air, kitchen, open living/dining room, tile floors and balcony with ocean view. Direct beach access. Easy access in and out of the building. The building is 7 floors and the condo unit is on the 6th floor. Includes one alloted spot and guest parking. The Ocean Sounds building includes a pool with beautiful sunbathing patio, direct access to the beach and grills beside the pool to barbecue. Accessible to many shops and restaurants. The rate is $3950/month plus expenses for the winter 2020 starting January 1, 2020 (includes internet and cable). Unit available immediately. The winter is an exceptional time to get out of the cold whether and come down Lauderdale by the Sea. Approximately 30 minutes driving from FLL airport. We are looking to rent it on a 3-month minimum basis or a yearly rental as well (yearly rate or non-winter rental would be discounted). We will rent the unit furnished or unfurnished, but will not rent the unit for less than a month. PLEASE GIVE US A CALL OR EMAIL US!!! Highly motivated to rent the unit.
