Bedrooms are charming and some allow families to sleep together if desired, with a total of 6 bedrooms and a swing room with 17 beds. For those planning a wedding or event, an extra charge applies for gatherings outside of those staying in the home. The pavilion can be fully used for events with an additional fee. Bringing a pet is welcome with an $85 fee for up to 2 pets. Optional heating of the mini pool is available for $20 per night if requested before arrival. Located minutes from Mentone, DeSoto Falls, Little River, and DeSoto State Park, Lookout Mountain, Fort Payne, and Mentone offer authentic mountain experiences with waterfalls, hiking trails, canyons, and wildlife. Visitors can enjoy beautiful vistas, local artisans, and homegrown cafes and restaurants. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property at all times. No parking on the grass is allowed, with a $500 fee for violators. Adjusting the curtains at the pavilion is not permitted, with a $700 fee for violators. Wildlife frequents the area, so caution is advised, and trash rules must be followed. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and a key code will be sent before arrival once the reservation form and ID are received. A guest rental agreement and ID submission are required for all guests. Wi-Fi is available for your convenience, though the rural location may cause spotty and unreliable connections at times.
