About This Property

This property is 1 level. This property is 1 block from Willow Elementary School, approximately 2 miles to YMCA, Maplewood Mall, Sam's Club and many eating establishments. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a play ground within walking distance. This property has quick access to 694. This property has a screened in porch off the smaller bedroom that is great during the spring/summer/fall months or when bugs/mosquitos become a problem. This property has a block patio off the front of the home which is also great to use during the spring/summer/fall months. Past renters have put a raised garden on this patio. This property has a 1 car attached garage that with an addition of a few shelving units can hold many totes. New furnace winter of 2021, central air summer of 2019, new in unit stackable washer/dryer 2021. Pet allowed with additional deposit. No smoking unit. Past renters have used the smaller bedroom as an office. The townhouse dues are paid by homeowner NOT the renter. The lease end date is April 30, 2025, however the lease date as of May 1, 2025 will be for 12 months. Townhouse rules/regs will be followed by the renter. Utilities will be payed by the renter: garbage, heat, cooling, water and electric. Applicants will need to provide references, complete application that is received from the owner, pass BCA and proof of stable income. This is my only rental property. My husband and I manage this property. In search of a renter that understands what being a renter is, pays rent on time, cares as much about the townhouse as I did and is not destructive to the property. Move in date does have some flexibility, not later than August 1, 2024.
