Very bad experience so far been living here for 6+ months and I've had a ceiling leak that they won't fix at all no matter how many requests you put in for maintenance. Packages get stolen very often. Not to mention the hardwood has been chipping with no repair

Lots of rental units are used as airbnbs that clog up the elevator, trash un hallways, and loud parties. Management said that they were going to not allow for them yet they keep renewing the least. Lots of monthly fees that were not disclosed.

I was really interested in this apartment. Until i left 8 voice mails and 3 emails and absolutely no response. I had a simple leasing question. There is no option to talk to a live person, only voice mail. I gave them 2 weeks too. Annoying that i’ll have to drive and find parking to potentially find someone to talk to. Makes me wonder if they even answer the phone for people who live there. Doesn’t seem like they want business. Oh yeah, and if you want to schedule a tour you can’t online, you have to call. See my problem. Then you call….no one answers!

I am a moving to Atlanta from across the country for work. I was only in Atlanta for a week to find my future apartment and had called this property many times to try to schedule a viewing. No one picked up the phone even during business hours and their phone system doesn't accept voicemails. I had called them once a day for three days in a row and couldn't get through to anyone. I would have walked in but couldn't find any parking garage for the building or street parking. In the end I was never able to view any of the units. It wasn't worth the effort to proceed on trying to view this place when there are many similarly priced places in mid town that gladly showed me their apartments.

From the very beginning of my moving process everything has been smooth! Josh & Crystal both were very helpful. Move in was easy ... it’s been 5 months and I still love everything about it!
The application and the "The Admin fee" is how they make money! You will waste money applying here. They will take multiple applications and Admin fees for the same unit even though the unit is already rented out. This fee is $300 - $350 it is NOT refundable. They might upgrade you to another unit for a higher FEE! They are sooooo unorganized, the system is always down and the building smells like a wet basement. Save your self the time and money and go somewhere else.
experience with Carlos A Wood 9/27/18 I let him know I am looking for something with a city View. He notifies me there's a loft coming available soon 10/15/18 and that I should fill out the application soon as I can because there's other people looking at the same unit. called back on 9/29/18 n spoke with Amanda, she then let's me know that the unit is no longer available. Monday 10/1/18 I asked again to make sure that the unit was still not available n Carlos once again lets me know that in Fact it is available. Carlos send me an application to fill out, says it's for a different unit but will switch it out because there was something wrong with their system. I fill it out and Carlos called me on 10/4/18 and let's me know that the unit is no longer available and will not be because they are selling the units. After going back and forth, evidently there was a miscommunication problem within each other because they kept giving me wrong information. I still wanted to give them a chance and got offered another unit in which Carlos says will have a "good view" without a verbal affirmation that the unit would be $300 more. Carlos went ahead and sent me the application and that's when I come to find out that I would have to pay more. Still so confused I call him , very upset but respectfully I ask why he had me fill out an application to a unit that was not available from the beginning, because Amanda had told me so. I believed his word so I did fill out the application, he was not aware Amanda had notified me about the unit no longer being available and he still said the unit was available. He tells me that the unit was not available because he had assigned it to me, but I had not started my application and I know that it is not possible to assign me to a unit I have not even applied for at the moment. He lied to me, which no one in business dealing with people should do. The whole mix up was very irritating and not necessary gave me wrong information and then wanting me to pay more for a unit is just bad business. Carlos tries to explain his reasoning to why he said what he said, at this point I want to speak to Jeffrey the Manager and let Carlos know I have already left a message for him to get back to me. Carlos rudely says "I don't know when he will return your call" I felt that he was rude and he could've said something else. It was very unprofessional. At this point I just need to get my application fee back and not deal with them at all.
