Owner lives on site. This is a 2nd floor apartment. Rent is $900 plus last and security. Rent includes heat, hot water, parking for 1 vehicle, garbage removal and snow removal. Electric is not included. No pets allowed. No smoking on premises. New kitchen gas stove and cabinet. Wood floors. Ceiling fan in living space. Large closet with storage space. We are looking for a tenant with a credit score of at least 650. The ideal tenant will enjoy a quiet setting and maintaining their apartment in a clean manner. Also, the tenant must have a clean track record of paying rent on time and a solid history of income. We are a small group of people who respect each other's space and needs. We will be doing credit checks, background checks and references from previous landlords. We do not have a year lease but rather a month to month lease with a notice of 2 months if you should move out.
