Closet located in the hallway provides additional storage. Unit A is upstairs and shares an access with Unit B. Both Units share the foyer area. The unit shares a laundry room with unit B that is located on the ground floor. See attached photos of the access, foyer and all rooms discussed above. Maximum 2 People - The other 2 units are currently occupied by 2 people each. As this is the smallest unit 2 people are max, No exceptions! Potential tenants are required to speak with the owner and visit the property prior to applying online. One Year Lease required.
