It's also just a short bike ride to the beach and Highway 17 is only two min away. The home has tons of natural lighting and has newer hard surface flooring throughout. Double paned windows let you enjoy the views without the noises of the neighborhood. The spacious living room has access to a large balcony through sliding glass doors. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located off the living room in this open layout floor plan. The kitchen has all electric appliances: oven and stove, hood and refrigerator. The bedroom is located off the hallway with immediate access to the bathroom. The bathroom has an updated vanity/sink, and a shower over the tub. The bedroom itself is generously laid out and has a large closet. There are also two very closets in the hallway, an additional linen and broom closet as well as a large storage room that can fit anything from bikes to surfboards and camping gear. The home has electric heat (baseboard heaters), there is a laundry room on the very top floor (you can do laundry with an Ocean view) with access to a roof deck terrace, trash shoot on each floor and one assigned parking spot.
