This LARGE 2-BR / 2-Bath condo is walking distance to the beach, has pools, hot tubs and tennis courts, and is in a private sanctuary! The Plaza Condominium features a host of amenities including four pools, four jacuzzis, five tennis courts, a study room, a billiards room, and a gym. There are laundry rooms, decks, outdoor tables, and gas grills you can use as well. Gated parking and an onsite after hours security team is provided as well. In the condo, there are two bedrooms; each has its own bathroom. Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living room are spacious. The bedrooms are separated for added privacy! The wonderful balcony overlooks a large pond in the courtyard, and this area has been certified as a wildlife sanctuary. You will have two secure off-street reserved parking spaces. One is covered and one is not. Great location! Walking to the beach, VONS, Trader Joes, pharmacies, Starbucks, restaurants and a lot more. This unit is on the top floor, and is an end unit, meaning you will not have anyone above you, or next to you on one side! There is lots of closet space and a pantry. We are looking for a tenant who wants to stay at least a year (A one-year lease). We are looking to rent to people that already know each other. Both people will be on the same lease and both will be liable for the complete rent payment. Subleasing(and short term renting (like putting one of the rooms on Airbnb) is not an option with this lease. The Plaza Condominiums prides itself in being quiet and respectful. No loud parties. We are in the very quiet building '3'. If hosting lots of friends while blasting loud music and playing beer pong is your thing then the Plaza Condos are not the right place for you. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with proper documentation (We love animals. These are the HOA rules, not ours). If you are interested, please respond by email!
