Right Next To Campus
This is a safe, secure (must have code to enter) building literally right next to campus. The condos are all three bedrooms, two bathrooms with big living rooms and kitchens. Most units have a balcony which comfortably seat two or three. Because they are condos, the decor and furnishings vary. There is parking on site and each unit comes with two parking spaces and the option to buy a third nearby. There are not amenities in the building, but it is a 5 minute walk to the TRECS/swimming pool/rock climbing wall, 5 to the library, and 10 to Neyland Stadium or Thompson-Boling Arena.
