Don’t love here they are infested with rats and roaches and the vallet sucks reckons and squirrels get to the trash

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. We are currently dealing with squirrels in the wall and management has done an poor job of taking care of it. Mary will promise to call you and then fail to do so. She’ll say she will take care of it but fail to tell you when. The grills and pool area are dirty and disgusting, the apartments are old and full of poorly done handyman work. We have gross popcorn ceilings, cracked walls, carpet coming up at the seems, and it was like this upon moving in. I can not stress enough the fact that no one should move here. We’ve been here for months and are still dealing with electric issues we reported on move in. Oh and we told them about the squirrels over 2 months ago, it was just our bedroom closet then, they have now spread through the walls of the apartment and make it impossible to sleep.

I just moved into the two bedroom loft & I love it. I use the upstairs as my office since I work from home. So far my neighbors are quiet. I'm happy with the location to the 408.

Just renewed my lease, the staff is really helpful, they listen and address any issue really fast. Amenities well kept up and pet friendly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone plus they provide referrals bonus to residents when you recommend someone.

Definitely a good place to live! I haven't had any issues so far, maintenance team seems great unlike my last place I stayed. The office was helpful and made my move in a smooth transition!

By far the worst living experience I have had thus far. The maintenance staff along with the front office staff is horrible. I moved in November 19 and had multiple issues from insect problems to actual holes and water damage in the apartment . My bathrooom sink is has a leak that has created the largest most disgusting hole in what should be a storage area in my bathroom. The water damage attracts gnats and smells terrible. The office has given many excuses as to why it can’t be fixed and I call and leave maintenance requests to fix these same issues at least 3 times a week. Seven months later and still nothing. I even requested to change units and no follow up. Their service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. There is also no security in this complex whatsoever. However the office has remodeled everything in which you would get a great impression of the complex which is the total opposite of what it actually is. Horrible work ethic at its finest.

I am not sure who is actually writing these reviews. They definitely seem, correction they are fraudulent. The property is supposed to be “gated” and the gate is actually nonexistent and has been for nearly a year. Prior to the nonexistent gate there was ALWAYS technical difficulties and they will lie to you and tell you that you need a landline for gate access. This property was undergone 3-4 new management. That’s no surprise either especially considering the individuals working their can’t govern themselves or anything else. Their idea of maintenance is doing temporary fixes or their favorite completely ignore the situation. Don’t waste your time emailing, call or submitting maintenance request.

I have been living here for a few ears now. The recent management which I think took over a few months ago has been really terrific. They are all so nice and pleasure to deal with. They have done a really nice job with the gym and added a locker system for all my amazon orders :) I would highly recommend!

From move in the roof was leaking and it took them 8 months to resolve. The ac works whenever it wants, half the apartment is freezing the other half is hot. The apliances are always having issues and the staff never knows what’s going on and pointing fingers in diferent faces. Not professional not organized. I’ll leave it at that

Worst customer service EVER! Instead of selling me on an apartment, I was discouraged not to -- even when I asked repeatedly If there was an apartment to view Lisa just told me what the apartment had. I would have easily paid the additional $50 that she said was out of my price range -- I told Lisa my price range was $1200.

I rented here from 2013-2015. City West is probably one of the worst places I've rented. The apartments were overpriced, the maintenance is non existent, and the staff was unhelpful. I had a mold problem for the majority of the time, and I was told that it was "my fault," even though I took care of my place. The two years I was there, they refused to replace the old, smelly carpet. Stay far away from this place!

the people here are great always helping the residents there like family here understand situation at hand I love living here it can be touch sometimes but we always seems to get through it.....

Living in Citywest was a great first apartment experience. The apartments have a very good home feel to it. My guest are always saying they feel like home when they're over. The staff here are very friendly and cooperative. In my opinion I've been here for almost a year and enjoyed it !
