The guest bedroom features a Queen bed with nightstand, dresser, ceiling fan and closet. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. 2 additional sets of Queen sheets and additional guest bath linens are provided for your guests' comfort and enjoyment. There is also a separate full-size washer, dryer located inside the condo unit for all your laundry needs. This unit has a premium assigned parking spot under a covered carport conveniently located only steps away from the main elevator. Additional guest parking is situated behind the numbered spots. The optional Lakewood National amenity package includes two Arnold Palmer designed courses featuring 36 holes of championship golf. A resort-style main pool with pool-side Tiki bar for casual dining and a full clubhouse for more formal dining are both available, in addition to 8 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, 2 Har-Tru bocce courts, fitness center, hair salon and spa. The optional membership fee is separate for this amenity package and is paid directly to the HOA if desired. Paid membership will grant access to GOLF and PICKLEBALL PRIVILEGES AND ALL RESORT AMENITIES, such as the Tiki and clubhouse dining facilities. Closely situated to I-75 gives you easy access to St Petersburg, St. Armand's, Tampa, Sarasota and nearby beaches. Close driving distance to nearby dining spots and shopping include University Town Center Mall, Lakewood Ranch Hospital and a short drive to Sarasota International Airport. Farmer's Market is open every Sunday. Rental durations less than 6 months require 12% hospitality tax and all funds paid up front. Durations longer than 6 months require first, last, & security deposit. For a short-term rental, guest has the option to pay an additional one-time membership transfer fee to HOA to gain access to GOLF, CLUBHOUSE DINING, PICKLEBALL PRIVILEGES AND ALL OTHER RESORT AMENITIES. Long-Term rental, and owner will pay membership transfer fee. There is a $100/month minimum food consumption obligation with the dining privileges.
