This is a great neighborhood with very quick and easy access to downtown and campus. Bike path along the creek and Lake Monona to campus and downtown. One block to bus. Off-street parking is included. Grocery store, library, hip coffee shop, post office, beach, city pool, and ethnic restaurants nearby. Sunny backyard and shared patio for gardening and barbecues. Pets are welcome. Pet fee is $25 per month for dogs, $15 per month for cats.
