This is for ONE of the bedrooms and is approximately 100 sq ft. Access to the common living room with hard wood floors, dining room, kitchen and in-unit laundry. All current tenants pay for their own Gas, Electric and high speed internet which is billed monthly. Candidates will be required to meet with current tenants to see if a suitable living situation. All potential tenants must also pass our tenant rental criteria.
