About This Property
Hi Apartment seekers. Casita for rent great place, great location. I am picky about who I rent to, you will be living behind my house that I rent to my friends. They have been there for years and I want to keep them happy. The pictures tell a little about the home. Everything is included, sewer, water, POWER, trash. There is internet at the home and you are welcome to use it, but it is not included. The furnishings can stay or go, up to you. I will not accept dogs, a cat may be OK if it has all its papers and is fixed. It is a really nice place and has only a few long term tenants in 15 years, people stay because it is nice and I keep it that way. If you want to have your own place and you are clean, quiet, have a job or the ability to pay the rent in full and on time please give me a call. Thank you, Chris
