1818 Park

Apartments are beautiful, quiet, and the building is well-maintained and clean. These are luxury style apartments with high-end amenities. Unfortunately, the apartments require residents to use Fetch, a package system that uses a Fort Lauderdale address and personal code for delivery which is different than our residential address. The front desk does not accept packages unless they are groceries, perishables, or medicine. With the holiday season in full force and a building comprised of business professionals I have wonderful clients who want to send me the cheer of wine, chocolates, fruit, and flowers. Unfortunately I don't know who plans to send these types of gifts to me and they obtain my address from my company who doesn't of course have my Fetch Package address and personal code. Every item sent was a "Perishable" and every item was refused by the concierge desk and sent back to my clients. I now have to send apologies to my clients who have asked why I refused their gifts. It's perplexing to me why a high-end and expensive luxury apartment complex would want the front desk concierge to be an adversary versus an advocate for residents. I've lived here for 10 months and I'll be moving at lease termination to a `new building who has more regard for the people who pay their salaries. Seems like the next package UPS delivers should be a new manager who values the residents.

Nice building. Nice people. Up and coming location. Main issue is parking, having no guest spots was unexpected and disappointing. Also many of the spots in the garage are small.

Great building with a welcoming vibe. The management team is fantastic—responsive, organized, and genuinely helpful. Moving in and out was a breeze, and the amenities are top notch, from the modern gym to the stylish lounge areas. The units are well-designed, and the overall atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. Perfect location too, with easy access to shops and dining. Highly recommend 1818Park for anyone looking for a hassle-free, luxurious living experience!

my freezer went on fritz and keenen handled my problem and followed up until everything was perfect again. best concierge, best admin and best maintenance teams anywhere ive lived.

Awesome -clean -great pools and gym. Has everything! Very beautiful building that’s new, valet parking and lots of extras. Everything you need in one spot, restaurants and other night life.

The gym has the essentials and having access to two pools has been great. I enjoy the walk ability and access to restaurants and the grocery store. However, in the two years that I have lived here the amenities have not been upgraded and the bare minimum is done to provide residents with fun events and networking opportunities. They charge nominal fees for everything (ex, bike decals, backing into your parking space, guest parking, coffee from the resident lounge, etc). Compared to other “luxury apartments” in the surrounding areas, I think you could get more for your buck elsewhere.

I was already residing in the building when an apartment on the top floor became available. Despite having a fantastic view already, I thought, why not enhance it further by moving up? It was definitely a great choice. I dislike the inconvenience of moving, but the staff here made the process incredibly smooth. Jillian handled the paperwork effortlessly, and the maintenance team ensured that the apartment met my expectations perfectly. They all exceeded my expectations by facilitating the transfer with minimal notice, especially on a holiday weekend. I’m truly grateful to live in such a lovely building with a wonderful staff that consistently goes the extra mile. PS, the building has two fantastic pools—one on the 8th floor and another on the rooftop—as well as a well equipped gym. Personally, I believe the location is ideal; I no longer require a car, as everything I need is within walking distance. This area truly has a wonderful neighborhood vibe, and I’m delighted to be here.

This place has everything you need. From the beginning I had the pleasure of have Jillian as my rental agent. She's very informative. She went above and beyond to make my rental process go smoothly. She's AMAZING. Great location, lots of amenities. You even have a food court. You will not be disappointed if you choose to live here.

As one of the first residents to move into 1818 Park I’m thrilled to see there is a Block40 Food Hall next to the apartment building. I’m excited to see the upcoming amenities coming to 1818 Park.

We recently moved into this nice apartment . we like everything, friendly neighbors, staff, everything is clean and well maintained. Apartment has a new kitchen, and washing machine. Beautiful view and great location.

I like living here is really nice, I have no complaints so far. Just wish we had a sauna and a jacuzzi. That would complete the experience, but besides that everything is nice.

We just moved in last week, we are so grateful to be apart of this building and community. Everyone has been so nice and helpful to us and we really appreciate all the staff here. We look forward to all of our new memories to be created in our new home! 10/10 recommend 1818 Park!!!

Everyone that works here and lives here are so nice. It is one big family I am so glad that I live in such a great building. I love on how everyone knows everyone and it is so safe here you can go to sleep feeling so safe

expensive place to live. nice area but expensive building and packages go to another building first which is annoying. you get charged $300 for the first time you lose a key fob which is insane, that should be the amount if it were the second time you lose your key, not the first time.
