Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and in-home washer and dryer, ensuring a comfortable stay whether you're here for work or leisure. You'll know you have found a gem when you walk through the large, vintage-style doors. You may feel you've transported back in time when you notice the features including the Roman-style columns above the decorative fireplace, ornate ceiling medallion, and beautiful stained glass window. You're never too far from modernity as this home is equipped with a smart TV, in-home washer and dryer, and chic furnishing. The dining space can easily sit six people and there is additional storage in the vintage buffet cabinet. The kitchen has a stainless steel refrigerator, an oven, gas range, dishwasher, coffee maker and a toaster. Other kitchen essentials are also provided. Each bedroom has the highest quality sheets on the queen-sized bed. There are also lamps on nightstands that provide soft lighting when you want to unwind for the night and read, bedside. In addition to closets, there is extra storage in the clothing dressers. The bathroom has updated, modern features including beautiful cabinetry, handheld shower head and a rainfall shower. We allow pets in this home for a one-time, non-refundable $450 pet fee, per pet. We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged. If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we might have parking options available. Please inquire about advanced parking space reservations. This convenient home is situated in the vibrant and historic Dupont Circle, characterized by its tree-lined streets, charming historic row houses, and a lively atmosphere. It offers a diverse array of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, with numerous cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife spots. Take a short stroll for less than five minutes to the Kramers Book Store where you can grab a coffee or a different beverage while you browse what is on the shelves. Have a reflective moment viewing at in the Philips Collection which is less than half of a mile away. You'll be immersed in rich culture as this home is a short walk from several embassies and close to the Dupont Metro where it is a short ride to the National Mall. Navigating Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C., is straightforward and offers various options. The Dupont Circle Metro station is a convenient starting point and is a short walk from this home. From there, you can explore the area on foot, which is pedestrian-friendly and filled with a mix of embassies, historic homes, restaurants, and shops. Buses, rideshares, taxis are readily available for those preferring not to walk. Biking is also popular, with Capital Bikeshare stations throughout the area. To explore nearby areas, major streets like Connecticut Avenue, Massachusetts Avenue, and New Hampshire Avenue radiate outward, offering direct routes to other parts of the city. Our home offers contactless, seamless and easy self check-in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke, we will terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties, a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. All buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, and paper towels should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal. If found that these cause plumbing issues, charges may apply. There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
