The second unit, Cozy Oasis, offers additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The home is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee required. Pets must be crated when left unattended, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary.
