This house is separated into two units an upstairs apartment and a downstairs apartment, it's two blocks away from UNC and has amazing hosting space in the front and back. The downstairs has new flooring and an updated kitchen. A lovely laundry room with a newer washer and dryer set that is shared with the upstairs tenants. The backyard has been newly landscaped as well. Enjoy a great summer patio and fire pit with friends! There is no A/C but the basement stays super cool in the summer. Rent for the basement unit is $1,300 a month the price includes all utilities (gas, electric, wifi, trash, water). No pets, no smoking, or illicit drugs. The deposit is $1,300 and due upon signing of the lease. Lease length 06/01/2025-05/25/2026 Please see the property before filling out an application or background check.
