Property Ratings at Stevens Square Neighborhood
This is a older building, needs a lot of work. Would like to be in an up dates.
This apartment seems a little old and not very well mentained but it is right in the middle of a lot of expensive apartments. Rent is low and it's close to downtown Minneapolis and everything you will ever need so it's worth it. I struggle going to school, paying as as I go so I have no loan. I needed a place close to transportation, affordable, and convenient. Plus the landlord was great and understanding. I was going through a lot paying for rent, school and living expenses and he worked with me through everything. I finished school recently and now looking to start my life from scratch and hoping catch up on bills. Free apartment for life would be a dream come true. I just go married about 2 years ago and looking to start a family. I'm hoping to be able to take care of my family both foreign and domestic as I am from west Africa and been here on my own since I was 16 years old (1997). I'm not sure if I have any chance of winning this but had to try. I went to school to be a personal trainer and became a correctional officer and hoping to go back for nursing. Love my location love my landlord, building could be better, but was good to me. I have been here for a long time and I has helped me grow. Great location very good landlord building could be better but was very understanding landlord. If I'm lucky to win it will be the greatest thing in the world for me and my family both foreign and domestic. Thank you.
