Located conveniently close to I-35, Baylor & downtown Waco, you'll have easy access to shopping and dining options. Plus it is walking distance to the new Starbucks! As for the details, tenants will pay for all utilities. Tenants are required to maintain the yard, however, if you would prefer to relax and not worry about the yard, our Concierge Yard service can be added to the lease terms ($90 per month). Pets (maximum of two) are welcome with a non-refundable $300 per pet security fee, $200 pet deposit, and a $25 monthly fee per pet. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. There's a non-refundable application fee for each adult applicant over the age of 18. Please read through the Selection Criteria before applying. We understand that everyone's situation is unique, so while we prefer to see a credit score between 550 and 650 (minimum 520) and an income at least three times the rent, we're willing to work with you if there are circumstances that affect these criteria. Fans of HGTV's "Fixer Upper" are already familiar with Waco, a fast-growing city along the Brazos River in central Texas.
