Ok if you don't care about your health
The building is falling apart, basement has absurd amount of mold, the state has been called to the building numerous times because the plumbing is awful which caused electrical issues as well as numerous ceiling collapses, water leaks, endless clogging of toilets, sinks, and tubs. Instead of bringing in a licensed plumber (as required by the state), the landlord brings in a DIY handyman who never actually fixes the problem at hand. The outside of the building is deteriorating as well. The aesthetics of the apartment itself is decent aside from the strange layout, it is definitely dated but the price point reflects that. However, there are better and cheaper options on the market and my immediate suggestion would be to pursue those instead.
