I recently bought a condo and I am trying to find someone to replace me in the contract of my wonderful one bedroom apartment at 7th flats in Shaw from the end of April (some flexibility here). The apartment is just wonderful: 7th floor, lots of light, huge kitchen, living space, and bedroom. Washer and dryer are in the unit and there two huge walk-in closets. All the appliances are brand new and top quality. The unit also has a beautiful and large balcony receiving tons of sun light in the afternoon. The total size of the unit is about 950 sqft! The building is located right on the top of Shaw metro station and it is also amazing. Amenities include a great rooftop, gym and 24h concierge. Management is flexible, helpful, and very kind. I signed for a 15 months lease starting in November 2016. So the contract is due to expire at the end of January 2018 but you can always extend it. The price is only $2300 per month (plus about 40 dollars per months in bills) as I entered the building at the beginning of the winter when demand is low. I have already paid amenities fees and insurance till the end of the lease. So it is a real deal!!
