Private garage parking with plenty of room to store your beach toys and bikes. Resort-style amenities provided by the Coronado Shores include four beachfront pools and hot tubs, outdoor BBQs, private beach club/bar, gym, tennis & pickleball courts, sauna and more! Utilities that are included, water, cable and wifi and HOA fee paid by owner Tenant will need to purchase an ID card ($100.00) to access building, pools, tennis courts, gym, beach club etc. Tenant pays for laundry card ($5) and use of machines. One designated underground parking spot included, guest parking is available on site. This is a non smoking building. Available December 1, 2024
