The basement doesnt include washer and dryer but is equipped with a microwave, a breakfast table, a small fridge, a coffee maker also dishes and silverware utensils. I added a pic with the hallway you will have to walk to get to the basement. Also no smokers/smoking. I have severe asthma, so I prefer if whoever rents is someone who doesn't smoke or vape No pets since I have two pups already. They are small French poodles Include all utilities, includes internet, free parking in front the property. Each room has a tv with fire sticks option to watch all application options for tv.
