The lease options are: -Month to month lease with a 1 month minimum stay: $850.00 per month for an individual with the the deposit of $400 and a 1 week written notice to terminate the lease. -Month to month lease with a 4 month minimum stay: $775.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. -Month to month lease with a 6 month minimum stay: $700.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. -Month to month lease with a 12 month minimum stay: $675.00 per month for an individual with the deposit of $400 and last month's rent paid up front with a 1 month written notice to terminate the lease. The house & bedroom is completely furnished. All leases and payments are made through Innago which is a secure and verified electronic system where you will view your lease, submit maintenance requests, pay rent and easily communicate with us! Innago charges a $2 fee per transaction with a connected bank account or 1.99% fee when connected to a CC or debit.
