We are offering this home furnished, but are willing to remove any furniture you do not need. Cats and dogs are okay. Tenant to pay electricity, gas, water, and internet/cable. Owner pays trash, sewer, and landscaping. 12-month lease, but we are willing to consider a 6 or 3-month lease at an increased monthly rental amount.
