Kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, study, and yard are shared. Utilities, secure garage parking, TV with streaming services and wifi are included! Thermostat is adjustable up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 75 degrees in the summer. There are 4 suites for 4 different residents in the house. We perform background checks on all residents. This is the only downstairs suite; the others are upstairs. The bedroom and bathroom photos you see are of this suite. There are locks on every bedroom door for your privacy. There is a community pool and basketball court less than a block away. This house is truly fully-furnished: hair dryers, extra linens, ironing board, kitchen supplies...everything we could think of to make your stay pleasant!
