Thermostat is adjustable up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 75 degrees in the summer. There are 4 suites for 4 different residents in the house. We perform background checks on all residents. This is the only downstairs suite; the others are upstairs. The bedroom and bathroom photos you see are of this suite. There are locks on every bedroom door for your privacy. There is a community pool and basketball court less than a block away. This house is truly fully-furnished: hair dryers, extra linens, ironing board, kitchen supplies...everything we could think of to make your stay pleasant!
