Crappy place

I’ve lived here for 14 years. During that time, the complex had become run down, homeless sleeping on the decks and theft every night. (I have security footage) the apartments themselves are riddled in black mold. 2 families had to vacate. There are constant water main issues, electrical issues. There is only one washer and dryer for the complex and if you’re using it and walk away, another renter will stop your wash, throw it on the floor and wash their stuff. Parking is Horrible. No guest parking down below and god forbid the park on top. This place is not worth the price at all.
