We are close to the East Lake Golf Club, Oakhurst Village, Decatur Square, shops, restaurants, CDC, Emory, I285 & I20. There is a MARTA bus stop nearby at the Glenwood Rd @ Glendale Dr Marta bus stop. Which is 3 minutes walking distance. You can also use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to easily get around. It's a great place to live if you want to be close to everything yet live in a peaceful setting! Also near East Lake Atlanta & Avondale Estates & just minutes outside of Atlanta. (12 minutes to Downtown Atlanta) and 3 miles to Downtown Decatur, 2 miles to Dekalb Farmers Market, four miles to Whole Foods & Sprouts and just 1.5 miles to Krogers, Walmart & 24/7 Laundromat. Very lovely professionally designed spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood & home. This first floor apartment has 9' ceilings throughout, with a large living room (20' x 10'), and spacious bedroom (11' x 11') both with ceiling fans. The living room features a new 60" Samsung flatscreen television, and has a private covered backyard patio area. Plus a completely new kitchenette. The kitchen comes equipped with a brand new refrigerator, sink, oven range and microwave oven. Plus a mini fridge/freezer that's perfect for keeping beverages, fruit or food fresh & cool. A full bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. The neighborhood is quiet & very walkable. One outdoor parking space in the driveway will be provided. Rent is $1310. a month which includes all utilities except for cable but does include high speed internet. No smoking, drugs, heavy drinking or dogs allowed. The apartment has 2 entrances. One (the main entrance) is in the rear that opens to the living room and the second is through the garage (no parking of vehicle allowed in the garage. Only the driveway) which has a second door leading to the apartment's foyer (private hallway) area. One year lease with option for renewal. but will consider six months or longer. Tenants must give 2 months notice before the end of the lease stating whether they will be renewing or leaving. No Airbnbing or subletting allowed. Anyone other than a person whose name is on lease is not allowed to stay longer than 4 days without special consent from the owner. Loud or disturbing music or sounds from TVs, computers or amplified speakers is not allowed. Rent is $1299. per month. Utilities included which includes wifi. Tenants will pay for cable separately.
