Hi everyone, I am a young woman professional working and living in Baton Rouge. I’m looking for one to two female professional(s) aged 25-30s to live with me in the Southdowns neighborhood. The total rent is $1800 a month and there are two rooms available with a bathroom that could be private or shared. All utilities (gas, water, electricity, WiFi) are split equally. Lawn care is included in the rent. Available July 1st 2025 (possibly earlier). The Highlands/Perkins neighborhood of Baton Rouge is located just south of downtown, nestled into the curves of the Mississippi River.
