About This Property

Owner built and managed since 1986. New kitchen cabinetry and gas range added in 2020. If you like stairs, you'll love this place. Bottom floor has tiny half bath, W/D, furnace & hot water heater and a bedroom and the occasional spider (never a black widow). Bedroom has large (egress) south facing window. Smaller window on west wall. New carpet after 2013 flood. Main floor (300 sq. ft.) has open plan of kitchen sink and over 11' of counter that includes 5 burner gas range and new upper and lower cabinets as of 2020. Top floor has two bedrooms, one with loft, and a full bath. Bathroom has ceramic tile floor and bedrooms have laminate as of '20. Whole house fan in ceiling of hallway. Parking in this neighborhood is really pretty lousy. No less than 1 off street space for this unit that is about 2/3 covered. Possibility of second off-street space this fall. Relatively cheap heating as we built the whole building with an amount of insulation that exceeded code requirements at the time. This unit has a noteworthy history of furniture acrobatics! Some well-educated clown brought a couch in and then removed it by chucking it out the kitchen window! With or without parental supervision - please don't try this! (Sorry about the duplicate pictures. I cannot figure out how this website works.) We have a simple one page application form. There is no fee.
