Home is walking distance to Cheshire Medical Center, 10 minutes/0.7 miles; & 20 minutes to downtown, about a mile. Easy access to bike path to get to West Keene/Wheelock Park. Looking for a reliable, non-smoking female adult who is tidy, quiet & loves dogs! I have a sweet, old-gal of a dog. She's 13, lives in the downstairs space, & the rooms are gated so she doesn't go upstairs. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate a renter with any pets-my dog doesn't play well w/others. I'm looking for 6-month+ lease, and Month-to-Month thereafter.
