Looking for a reliable, non-smoking adult who is tidy, quiet & loves dogs! I have a sweet, old-gal of a dog. She's 13, lives in the downstairs space, & the rooms are gated so she doesn't go upstairs. I'm looking for 6-month+ lease w/30 day trial, and Month-to-Month thereafter.
